In February the parents enjoyed coming to school for the morning to spend time with their child’s class and activities in the sports hall. Everyone seemed to have lots of fun and the children were very happy to share their day with their families.
Pupils in Years 1 to 6 had talks from the La Orotava Police about the importance of road safety. They also thoroughly enjoyed riding around a road circuit in the Sports Hall on their bikes or scooters.
Year 9 students are learning about China in Geography. They entered a competition called “This is China”. The work they produced is amazing and the Head boy and Head girl found it very difficult to choose winners. Well done everyone!
Dear Parents, Thank you for your contribution to the Human Rights Day Coffee Morning celebrated at BST on 10th of December. We raised €116.5 which will contribute towards providing the children at the Hupendo School in Nairobi, with their one-meal-a-day and make any required maintenance work
On Wednesday 21st November year 11 students visited the AEMET in Santa Cruz. The staff there showed them how the weather elements are recorded. The students practised using the instruments and were taught about the types of clouds. They also helped the staff complete a report
Thank you very much to everybody who donated glasses to the campaign in support of the International LIONS, Tenerife. This organization will now send send the glasses to their collection centre in Andalucía where they are recycled and distributed to countries around the world to help
